Shipping & Production

When will my order ship?
Every item is made to order just for you. Production takes about 2–5 business days, then your order ships with tracking. Most US orders arrive within 5–9 business days from order date.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available at checkout; delivery times and any customs fees vary by destination.

Will I get tracking?
Absolutely — you’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Sizing & Materials

How do the shirts fit?
Our tees are premium Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex — a modern, true-to-size fit. If you like a roomier feel, size up. A full size chart is on each product page.

What are the products made of?
Tees are soft Bella+Canvas 3001 (100% combed ringspun cotton; heather colors are a cotton/poly blend). Throw blankets are plush 100% polyester sherpa fleece with a printed face and fluffy reverse.

How do I care for my items?
Wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low, and avoid ironing directly on the print. Blankets: machine wash cold, tumble dry low.

Returns & Quality

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
We stand behind every order. If there’s a defect, misprint, or shipping damage, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll make it right with a free replacement.

Can I return an item I simply changed my mind on?
Because each piece is custom-printed on demand, we can’t accept buyer’s-remorse returns — but if something isn’t right, reach out and we’ll always try to help.

About Our Designs

Are your designs original?
Yes. Our designs are created in-house by Kindling & Hammer using a blend of original artwork and modern design tools, then printed on premium blanks. We design everything ourselves and don’t use licensed or trademarked content.
