# Terms of Service

Welcome to Kindling & Hammer. By accessing or using this website (kindlingandhammer.myshopify.com) or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

## About us

Kindling & Hammer is a print-on-demand apparel and accessories brand operating from Alberta, Canada, with fulfillment handled by partners in the United States. All products are original designs created in-house.

## Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on this site.

## Orders

All orders placed on the site are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Because every item is made to order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after production begins (typically within 2 hours of checkout).

## Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely; we do not store full credit card details on our servers.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed but before it has shipped. If a correction would significantly change your order total, we'll contact you for confirmation before proceeding.

## Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, copy, and original artwork on this site are the property of Kindling & Hammer and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

When you purchase a Kindling & Hammer product, you are buying the physical item — not the right to reproduce or resell the design.

## User-submitted content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to us (for example through email or product reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing purposes, with credit where appropriate.

## Product representation

We do our best to represent products accurately, including colors, sizing, and materials. Slight variations in print placement, color, and fit are normal in print-on-demand production and are not considered defects.

## Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable consumer protection law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindling & Hammer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

## Changes to these terms
