# Shipping Policy

Every Kindling & Hammer item is made to order. That means each shirt, hoodie, mug, and sticker is printed, sewn, or finished after you place your order — not pulled from a warehouse. This gives you better quality and lets us offer a wide catalogue, but it adds a few days to the timeline.

## Production time

Most orders enter production within 24 hours of checkout. Production itself takes:

- **Apparel (shirts, hoodies):** 2–5 business days
- **Mugs:** 2–4 business days
- **Stickers:** 2–3 business days

Larger orders or orders during peak periods (Father's Day, holidays) may take an extra 1–2 days.

## Shipping time

After production, your order ships from a fulfillment center in the United States. Estimated transit times:

- **United States:** 3–5 business days
- **Canada:** 5–10 business days
- **International:** 10–20 business days

Total time from order to delivery is typically **5–10 business days for the US** and **7–14 business days for Canada**, depending on your location and the carrier.

## Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at peakpostagent@gmail.com.

## Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. We offer **free shipping on orders over $40 USD** to the US and Canada.

## Customs and duties (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order or shipping total. Please check your country's import policies before ordering.

## Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows the package is lost or has been stuck for more than 7 business days past the expected delivery date, email us at peakpostagent@gmail.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.

## Wrong address

If you enter the wrong shipping address at checkout, contact us within 2 hours to correct it. After production starts, we cannot change the destination. Packages returned to sender due to address errors will require the customer to pay reshipment costs.
